Backme Cashflow System Privacy Policy
This website offers general access that does not require signing in and Facebook account logins, Google account logins, and website sign-ups.
The aforementioned three sign-in ways will collect the user’s information as listed below:
Facebook account logins: an email address authenticated by a Facebook account and the public information the user revealed on his page;
Google account logins: an email address authenticated by a Google account and the public information the user revealed on his page;
website sign-ups: any one of the frequently-used and authentic email addresses and a password required to log into Backme Cashflow System (hereinafter referred to as “Backme”).
When you use the products or services, browse the website, provide comments, or click on relevant links of the services,
Backme and the initiator of the event/ product/ project (hereinafter refers to as “the Initiator”) will collect necessary personal information based on your actions,
or save your browsing history for future reference.
The duration of personal data processing ends when you notify Backme to terminate all relationships with our system.
You also agree that Backme and the Initiator may publicly use the whole or part of the statistical data under the circumstances of not disclosing individual information.
You agree that Backme and the Initiator reserve the right to keep the personal data of users logging in or saving.
The Initiator and Backme promise to use relevant data in accordance with the purpose and range originally stated.
Without prior explanation, or complying relevant legislations, Backme and the Initiator will not provide users’ personal information to a third party or for other purposes.
Backme stores data such as users’ IP addresses and browsing activities on the website.
However, the data will only be used internally by Backme and Backme Operations Team for the analysis on website traffic and online behaviors,
and will not be granted to any third party other than Backme Operations Team and the Initiator.
To improve the quality of the system and its services,
Backme Operations Team and the Initiator will customize digital advertisements or send eletters of relevant projects, services, or products that you may be interested in, according to your user behaviors.
You can stop receiving the information anytime without affecting other rights of use of this system.
Under the following circumstances, Backme and the Initiator may provide users’ personal information to relevant agencies,
or a third party who claims his right infringed and has sent official documents to judicial agencies:
- Under legal regulations or under legal procedural requirements by judicial agencies or government agencies.
- To protect the legal right of other members or a third party in the event of an emergency.
- To maintain the normal operation of the service for members.
- Necessary information produced by the cash flow and logistics via the fundraising service, reward delivery, etc. on the system.
- If you violate any government regulations or the Terms of Use of Backme.
To make browsing and operating websites more convenient for users,
Backme may use cookies or other similar technologies to provide a customized content for the individual needs of users.
The cookie is a technology used by web servers to communicate with users’ browsers, and may store certain information on users’ computers.
Users can cancel or limit this function via the settings of the browser.
Backme may contain links to other websites or webpages. For websites or webpages that do not belong to Backme,
their contents and privacy policies are unrelated to this system.
Privacy Policy of the Initiator
The Initiator will be responsible for managing the information of users.
Unless otherwise agreed, user-related information collected via the services of Backme will only be used on the event/ product/ project itself,
including providing rewards to sponsors and delivering rewards, etc.
The Initiator promises that unless users agree, information cannot be used on other events or authorized to a third party for actions that do not belong to the event/ product/ project.
General Terms and Conditions
Users cannot assign this Terms of Use or any right or obligation given by this Terms of Use to other people.
If any of the provision is ruled as invalid in a court of appropriate jurisdiction, the invalid provision shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
Other provisions shall still be fully enforceable and valid.
Any waiver of the Terms of Use shall not be deemed as a continuous or permanent waiver to this Terms and Conditions or other Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law and Consensual Jurisdiction
The interpretation and applicability of this Terms of Use, and disputes related to this Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China,
and the application of private international law is excluded.
You agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan has the exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or litigation incurred by this Terms of Use or by using this system.
Backme is temporarily not available to European users.
Backme Operations Team reserves the right to modify or cancel any transaction.
